Ingredientes

1 Rebanada de piña
1 manojo de perejil
1 nopal chico o 1 pedazo de sábila de 4 cm.
1 limón con todo y cáscara
1 ramita de apio
*medio vaso de jugo de toronja fresco

La preparación es muy sencilla:

 

Se licua todo y se toma sin colar por 6 días en ayunas, descansamos un día y tomamos por 6 días más, descansamos por 2 semanas y volvemos a tomarlo.
